Available in modular RO membrane and vessel (FRP, PVC Stainless Steel) to suit different application. Skid fabrication and piping are carefully engineered and fully factory tested to maximize user space capacity.
Ultra Purity
Output water quality of RO-1 and RO-2 has consistently been proven to achieve conductivity of less than 10 μS/cm and desalination efficiency of more than 97%.
Recycle of Concentrated Water
2-stage RO system can be designed to reuse concentrated stream as feedwater to further improve recovery rate and reduce wastewater generation.
Fully Integrated Automation
Customized built-in intelligence for continuously monitoring inline water quality, optimizing peak performance and preventing system overheat with automatic emergency shut-off.
Applications
Basic Principle
During osmosis, water molecules flows from a dilute solution to a concentrated solution through a semi permeable membrane. This process stops when concentration equilibrium is achieved.
Reverse osmosis (RO) is the reverse process of it, where water molecules moves from a concentrated solution to a dilute solution through a RO membrane. A high pressure pump is used to overcome the osmotic pressure, forcing the water molecules to diffuse through the RO membrane. The result is high purified water which is useful for different application.
Concentrated stream containing impurities such as endotoxins, sugars, soluble salts and metal ions (Na+, Ca+, Fe+, Si+) which remain at the pressurized side of the membrane is then discharged as effluent or be reused as feedwater for the 2nd stage RO.
