Ultra High Output Water Quality

Capable to produce water with water resistivity of 17.0 mΩ.cm to meet stringent requirements.

A polisher can be also integrated into the line to achieve 18.0 mΩ.cm if required.

Effective Regeneration

Exhausted resin can be regenerated using NaCl and HCl to restore the resin’s capacity, enabling the system to be used repeatedly for many years. The regeneration cycle of our system is also 10 - 20% longer than counterparts.

Fully Integrated Automation

Customized built-in intelligence using PLC for automated operations including flushing during start-up.

Premium Ion Exchange Resin Quality

Quality and performance of the resin is guaranteed to achieve maximum filtration efficiency

Applications

Municipal

Optimize resources with wastewater, seawater and other municipal water treatment to provide safe and clean potable water

Basic Principle

Ion exchange mixed bed uses the zwitter-ion resin to remove ions and dissolved salts in the water. Strong acid cation resin converts positive ions into hydrogen ions while strong base anion resin converts negative ions for hydroxide ions. The outcome of these conversion is the removal of dissolved salts, ions and metals in water.

Eventually the ion exchange resin will saturate that leads to bed exhaustion.

Anion resin can be regenerated with caustic (high concentration NaOH solution) while cation resin can be regenerated with a mineral acid such as sulfuric or hydrochloric acid.
