Type of Filter Media
Activated Carbon
Due to its high degree of microporosity and huge surface area that enhance its adsorption ability, activated carbon is usually used for organic matters removal in industrial, municipal, food, beverage, dairy and other applications.
We can supply a wide range of activated-carbon types that will fit into the most harsh environment.

Filter Gravel
It is normally used for supporting filter sand and coal in water filtration system to extend the filter media lifespan. It also has the ability to break down impurities precipitation.

Filter Sand
Filter sand, also known as silica sand is chemically inert and is very durable against mechanical breakdown when subject to water pressure.
It is very effective against removal of suspended impurities.

Anthracite
Anthracite is very commonly used for turbidity removal in water filtration application. It allows for more solid loading and help to reduce water loss by reducing backwash frequency.
